Alexander is Partner and co-owner of Sound Fund Services. Prior to starting Sound Fund Services Alexander served as Director of Alternative Asset Services in PEA, later Apex. His focus was on end-to-end fund operations and compliance within Venture Capital, Private Equity, Shipping, Life Science and Infrastructure. Before PEA, he worked as an investment professional at CIP.

PETER TOYBERG

Partner

Peter is Partner and co-owner of Sound Fund Services. Before joining Sound Fund Services Peter was the Group Managing Director and Founder of PEA, which was later acquired by Apex. As Director of PEA, Peter served some of the most highly regarded Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Fund of Funds Managers. Formerly, he was CFO and Partner in Procuritas.

MAGNUS KLITGAARD

Head of Depositary

Magnus has experience serving as a depositary for AIFs covering a broad spectrum of strategies, such as Fund of Funds, Private Equity, Infrastructure and Real Estate. Moreover, he assisted with the on-boarding of new clients in Apex.
