ALEXANDER SCHRØDER

Alexander is Partner and co-owner of Sound Fund Services. Prior to starting Sound Fund Services Alexander served as Director of Alternative Asset Services in PEA, later Apex. His focus was on end-to-end fund operations and compliance within Venture Capital, Private Equity, Shipping, Life Science and Infrastructure. Before PEA, he worked as an investment professional at CIP.

PETER TOYBERG

Partner

Peter is Partner and co-owner of Sound Fund Services. Before joining Sound Fund Services Peter was the Group Managing Director and Founder of PEA, which was later acquired by Apex. As Director of PEA, Peter served some of the most highly regarded Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Fund of Funds Managers. Formerly, he was CFO and Partner in Procuritas.

MAGNUS KLITGAARD

Head of Depositary

Magnus has experience serving as a depositary for AIFs covering a broad spectrum of strategies, such as Fund of Funds, Private Equity, Infrastructure and Real Estate. Moreover, he assisted with the on-boarding of new clients in Apex.

MADS ESKAR

Fund Operations Manager

Mads has served as a depositary within various strategies, including Infrastructure, Fund of Funds and Private Equity. Additionally, he supported the establishment of Apex’s  Fund-of-Funds administration product in Scandinavia.

SEBASTIAN BILL

Fund Operations Manager

Sebastian has experience working with Alternative Assets Administration and Corporate Services, and a background in auditing. At Apex, he worked with a major infrastructure client, with various entities, including Funds, SPVs, Holdco's and GPs.

MARIANNE SKINDERSØ

Fund Operations Manager

Marianne has experience working with Alternative Assets Administration and Corporate Services. She was instrumental in building Apex’s  Fund-of-Funds administration product in Scandinavia and was lead on cross country clients, between Sweden and Denmark.

MAX CHRISTENSEN

Fund Operations Manager

Max has experience working with Alternative Assets administration and Corporate Services, and a background in accounting within major companies. At Apex, he worked with a major infrastructure client, serving over 40 Danish entities.

VALDRIN MALOKU

Fund Operations Manager

Valdrin has a background as a Financial Controller in Sweden, with experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, financial analysis, and managing cross-country financial structures.

SØREN HEIBERG

Fund Operations Manager

Søren has focused on Alternative Assets Administration and Compliance. He has served clients in industries, such as Private Equity, Venture Capital and Shipping.
